welcome to the new chapter of ie by travail!
We are excited to continue the legacy of this South Minneapolis gem that has been a community favorite for over a decade. As chefs and passionate food lovers, our goal is simple: preserve the heart of ie while adding our own creative twist. We’re thrilled to bring back many of your beloved menu favorites, along with some exciting new additions. We’ll be crafting fresh, homemade ravioli, tagliatelle, linguine, and all the pasta your heart desires.
Our commitment is to keep the spirit of ie alive and continue serving our community as it always has been. We can’t wait to welcome you back in February, followed by a grand reopening celebration soon after.
